Terms & Conditions for Instagram Mother’s Day Photo Contest.

There is 1 prize of a £105 worth of 3D-Hydr02 Facial Plus for the winning participant’s mother.
Only 1 entry is allowed.
The winning mother must be able to travel to the venue, Myrachle The Spa Rituals, located at 35 Merton Close, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP18 0ZN, to claim the prize.
Closing date for entries is 5:00 pm GMT on 21st March 2020.
Entrants must all do the following to qualify for the photo contest: like the post, follow @myrachlethesparituals, tag friend/s in the comments, share a favourite picture with their children/moms and tell in a line the joy of being best mum for their children (for participating mums) and why their mum is the best mum (for participating sons and daughters).
The picture with the most likes and comments wins.
In case of a tie, the entry who tag the most and with the most touching line or explanation wins.
The winner will be informed thru his/her picture entry on 21st March 2020, from 8:00 pm. plus an Instagram message within 72 hours of the initial notification. In case the promoter won’t receive any reply from the date of initial notification, or winner cannot claim in person the prize, then the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and select another winner on the criteria set above.
The prize could be availed from Mother’s Day, 22nd March 2020 and is valid for 6 months upon acknowledgement of the notification.
The prize is non-transferrable to another person, for sale, resale or redeemable for cash.
In case of any medical condition that may prevent the winning mother to avail the 3d-hydr02 Facial Plus, any treatment offered by the venue amounting to the total of the winning prize, which is £105, could be chosen. Any excess of £105 must be paid extra. However any amount less won’t be paid.
The winner’s name will be published in the Myrachle The Spa Rituals social media accounts, Instagram & Facebook.
