Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

All appointments are reserved exclusively for you and therapists are allocated specifically to each booking.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.

Any cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in the full treatment fee being charged or retained, including for prepaid treatments and gift vouchers.

For same-day or urgent changes, clients must call or text us directly. Emails are not guaranteed to be seen in time.

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, all Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cash, Direct Money Transfer.
We don’t accept checks.
